ADMISSION NOTICE FOR  L. K. G. 2020-2021

BOYS BORN DURING 1ST OCTOBER 2015 TO 30TH SEPTEMBER 2016 ONLY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSIONS TO LOWER K.G.

ADMISSION FORMS FOR L.K.G. WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE ON OUR WEBSITE www.ornellashighschool.com w.e.f. THURSDAY 09.01.2020  UPTO SATURDAY 25.01.2020 FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-2021. 

Documents to be submitted along with the print out of the online admission form are as follows :

  1. An attested xerox copy of the Birth Certificate from the appropriate authority (PMC / Cantonment Board / Gram Panchayat.

  2. Address proof : Attested xerox copy of Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill /Ration Card / Childs Aadhar Card / Parent’s Aadhar  Card (any one).

  3. Catholics – Please provide valid Baptism Certificate, Letter from Parish Priest / Pastor along with Birth Certificate.

  4. An attested xerox copy of Father’s / Mother’s Caste Certificate, wherever applicable.

  5. You are expected to paste a coloured recent passport size photograph of the child.

  6. You are expected to paste coloured postcard size photograph of the family. 

  7. If being an Ex-Student of Ornellas High School, Pune . Proof to be provided.

If any of the above information is found incorrect, the admission of your child will stand cancelled.

Duly filled in forms will be accepted in the school office on Monday 27th January 2020 & Tuesday 28th January 2020 between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00.p.m. Parents need to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five Hundred only) towards cost of the form.
